Description

• Performing basic facility maintenance as tasked or assisting the Industrial Maintenance Technician,
• Fulfill required maintenance facility maintenance tasks and issues that are scheduled or may arise daily
• Perform maintenance and truck wash facility and equipment inspections
• Diagnose basic electrical issues (checking lighting ballasts, checking power to outlet)
• Ensure areas maintained by the Industrial maintenance team are kept clean and orderly.
• Clean, arrange, and pick-up areas after work is performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Knowledge in basic mechanical and industrial repairs
• Able to work while standing, bending, sitting, and able to lift 45 pounds.
• Understand the job duties required in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
• Ability to work alone and follow instructions from supervisors.
