Become an expert on our product range
 

As a Senior Engineering Manager your job is to manage and report on the delivery of quality Engineering Services as per ARMS’ approach and procedures in accordance with projects’ timelines, budgets, and promised deliverables.
Coach and mentor and develop Engineering Team on execution of ARMS Reliability technical offerings. Support delivery of quality Engineering Services as per ARMS’ approach and procedures, making optimal use of technology to provide the best practical solutions, or recommendations, to ARMS’ clients. Maintain key client relationships and actively contribute to the growth and development of ARMS through interaction with fellow Engineers and administrative staff, maintaining client relationships, and identifying further opportunities for ARMS.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring the engineering team
  • Managing time, budgets, and deliverables
  • Delivering engineering services
  • Developing technical solutions in Reliability and Asset Strategy Management
  • Preparing reports for presentation to leadership

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 4+ years experience in oil, gas, energy, maintenance or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • People leader experience
  • Experience in reliability or maintenance engineering/planning
