Description

  • Communicate with all field employees on upcoming initiatives, issues experienced, and best practices.
  • Develop operational procedures and best practices to be used by Silvertip employees.
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, and helping JFE’s complete all requirements and expectations of the JFE program.
  • Run pump down modeling and provide recommendations on running procedures.
  • Troubleshoot systems, electrical equipment, and component issues as they arise, recommending solutions or performing repairs as needed.
  • Maintain and help track service quality data.
  • Oversee field test of new products.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Follow all company best practices.
  • Help coordinate with 3rd party equipment testing and installations.
  • Order parts as necessary to maintain or repair equipment.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Warrior Logging System.
  • Knowledge of multiple gun systems.
  • Ability to train individuals on all aspects of wireline operations.
  • Travel to the field during on call scheduling.
  • Vast knowledge of wireline operations.
  • Have good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be on call as scheduled and work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to make real time management decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of computers, networks, cabling.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years Oilfield Wireline Field Supervisor experience.
  • 4-year degree but will consider 2-year degree.
  • Will consider military equivalent training.
  • Able to obtain an ATF clearance to allow for work with explosives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must pass background check and drug and alcohol screening.
