As Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.
 

As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist you will be responsible for:
 

  • Managing master planning, material processes and systems.
  • Preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
  • Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
  • Handling simple manufacturing processes while adhering to to detailed guidelines for producing goods and simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
  • Leading a small manufacturing team with a budget greater than $1.5k.
  • Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials according to production schedules.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelors from an accredited university or college. Or a high school diploma/ GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be results oriented, self- efficient, self-motivated.
  • Have prior experience with SAP (purchasing & planning)
  • Have experience within a supply chain role
  • Have the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Be able to manage several projects at a time
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills

The role is/can be hybrid (2 days remote).  Our site operations are M-F first shift only (7-3:30).
