As a Digital Marketing Content and Campaign Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital presence resonates with the target audience, fosters engagement, and drives business growth. Under general supervision, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital content campaigns. This role requires strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills.


  1. Campaign project management:
    • Work closely with digital marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless campaign delivery
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and track performance metrics
  2. Traffic generation:
    • Drive inbound traffic to our company’s website through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels
    • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement
  3. Content strategy implementation:
    • Apply best practices across various content types (blogs, social media, email, etc.)
    • Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience
  4. Content governance:
    • Champion content guidelines for tone, style, and voice
    • Ensure consistency across all content assets through training and oversight
  5. Content scaling:
    • Adapt and scale content for different channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.)
    • Tailor messaging to diverse audiences while maintaining brand integrity
  6. Content audits and strategy alignment:
    • Regularly assess existing content, identifying gaps and opportunities
    • Align content strategy with business objectives and KPIs


  • Completion of a high school diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, which includes high-level project management experience
  • Oil and gas experience preferred
  • An associate or undergraduate degree in marketing or communications is preferred
