Description

  • Learns to repair electronic instrumentation and automation equipment used to monitor and control well servicing equipment including pressure, flow, temperature and density devices.
  • Learns to calibrate electronic monitoring and control equipment
  • Learns to work from technical manuals and electrical schematics to diagnose and repair equipment failures
  • Learns procedures for completing paperwork
  • Operates light duty trucks
  • Drives company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads with paved and gravel surface, and off road situations including two track roads
  • Learns general housekeeping and routine maintenance of Company property
  • Learns and follows all ProPetro HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies at all times.
  • Knows and uses appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
  • Willing and able to make schedule appointments when required and work alternate shifts as requested by supervisor
  • Willing and able to be on call nights and/or holidays
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications


  • Experience with densitometers preferred
  • Experience with MD Totco preferred
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Technical Associates degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electronic technician and automation equipment
  • 6 Months experience maintaining and repairing electronic instrumentation and automation equipment on well servicing equipment or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or higher in relevant field may be considered in lieu of experience
