Partner with the best

As a Material Planning and Execution Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • Conducting frequent interactions on a manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organizational alignment.
  • Handling complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
  • Leading a medium-sized manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 5 million.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's, ideally but not necessarily in a relevant field. In the alternative, we would consider candidates with an Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in addition to the below.
  • Have 5+ additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Have led at least a small team for 3+ years, whether as a manager or a team lead / formalized peer leader.
