Our Operations Support Team provide pre-job planning, delivery and post-job completion support for our Service Delivery teams across North America.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process through the Job Center platform.
  • Provide support and training to service delivery teams for Job Center.
  • Assist with knowledge sharing the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned.
  • Raise issues with software systems to appropriate development teams.
  • Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Works together with people from the business unit.
  • Work with Product owners for testing new software updates.
  • Handles special projects as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Drilling Services Industry.
  • Some knowledge of Baker Hughes Drilling Services products and processes.
  • Displays an attention to detail and affinity for quality and compliance.
  • Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills
     

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis
  • Ability to work independently.
