Description

  • Create and implement systems for gathering supply chain performance data.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve analytical dashboards, KPIs and supply chain performance
  • Utilize COUPA Spend Guard to identify procurement activities outside set parameters
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities and propose concrete solutions to solve inefficiencies
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Manager in developing processes and procedures for procurement and sourcing initiatives.
  • Plan and implement projects for supply chain optimization.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects aimed at driving cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, 4+ years of data analytic experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker, willing to work in an evolving role.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to different groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistently meeting timelines.
  • Ability to analyze results and present findings, including recommended follow-up actions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong project management background.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including high level formulas and linking of files - Excel, Word and Outlook and PowerPoint applications.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SAP, COUPA and Power BI a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oilfield service companies a plus.
