Description

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and housekeeping/cleaning
• Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties including but not limited to bathrooms, hallways, and walking areas
• Set-up and move of furniture for offices and rooms
• Inspect and diagnose problems and figure out the best way to correct them
• Keep detailed records of their work
• Keep supplies stocked and oversee ordering

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaning personnel required
• Good time-management skills able to multitask
• Consistency and Attentiveness
• Maintains a high sense of honesty and reliability
• Has a hard work mentality
• Have the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• May work independently or with a team
• Minimum age requirement is 21 with a valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50lbs
